Hey Mrs. Morgan!
Man, I REALLY miss having art classes! I suddenly remembered a piece of art I did in 8th grade that i can’t seem to find. I was wondering if you knew anything about it or it’s possible whereabouts. It was one of the crayon/watercolor letter drawings. It was of this Black sea creature that slightly resembled a Lochness monster. The framing on the outside was this gold with sea-related “engravings”. I know this is all VERY out of the blue and it may not be ringing any bells, but I just wanted to make sure I have it before I go on to Highschool. (Luckily it’s just the start of the year. 😀 ) So if you remember anything about it just let me know. And I am completely willing to search for it. Thanks a bunch!

Hey Eliza, did I never reply to you on this? Wow, I’m a slacker! I do remember the piece, and have a scan of it, though I don’t think I have the original. If you get on the school website and send an email to my teacher email, I’ll send you the digital file. I have a vague recollection that you might have come by and gotten the original after you posted this, but maybe I’m wrong. Let me know, and I hope you’re doing well.
I just got out of the hospital and it made me do some thinking. You were such an inspiration to me, I wanted to let you know I greatly appreciate you making art such a big part of my life. And while I may not be super talented, and was a very lazy student, what you did means a lot to me.
I don’t know how much longer I’ll be around, so that’s something I’ve really wanted to say.
If there was any way I could come to Art Groups, despite no longer being a student, or if you ever felt like teaching private or public outside-of-school classes, I’d be happy to.
Hi Caitlin! I do remember you sweetie, and would love to see you again. I’m sorry to hear you were in the hospital. Come by Art Group whenever you would like, I’d love to have you there. Our December meetings are even posted on the school calendar. Looking forward to seeing you and talking with you hon.

Hi Ms. Morgan.
